My name is Gen. 15 years ago I became a tree changer. Feeling the effects of the daily grind in my corporate city job, I began to yearn for a more wholesome way of living. I moved from Melbourne’s inner-west to embrace a new adventure in Castlemaine, Central Victoria.

I’m feeling a great sense of fulfilment in my life – whether it’s walking in nature, hosting a community radio show, enjoying dinner with friend or performing on stage, I’m definitely living the good life!

I have a human resources and recruitment background spanning 30+ years, with experience in career management, leadership assessments, recruitment processes, psychometric test administration, exit interviews and HR policy & procedures.

One of my goals is to share my career management expertise, and help up-skill people in job search techniques as part of their own journey to fulfilment.
